1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and engaging Creative Corner Hub for our design (website design, packaging, brochure, flyer, banner, menu card) or astrology services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the client) and Creative Corner Hub.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after updates are posted indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Billing & Online Payment Terms
All design and advisory services are subjected to billing agreements as defined below:
- Invoicing: Clients are billed electronically via formal GST invoices sent to their registered emails. All payments must be made online using our designated payment options.
- Project Deposits: Custom design projects typically require a 50% advance booking deposit before research, drafting, or visual planning begins. The remaining balance is payable upon final review and approval of visual mockups, before final vector/development files are delivered.
- Currency & Taxes: All transaction pricing is quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise. Appropriate government goods and services tax (GST) is applicable on invoices.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We strive to deliver top-tier visual and advisory services. Our cancellation and refund policy is governed by the following rules:
- Cancellations: A client may request to cancel a design project at any time. Upon cancellation, the client will be billed for the percentage of work completed up to the date of cancellation.
- Deposit Refunds: Advance booking deposits are refundable only if requested within 24 hours of payment and before work or research has officially started. Once creative work has commenced, booking deposits are non-refundable.
- Design Work Rejection: Since design work is highly creative and collaborative, if the client rejects draft designs, we will offer revisions as per the package agreement. No refunds are granted once initial design drafts or drafts have been generated and reviewed.
- Astrology Consultations: Booking fees for astrology sessions are non-refundable. Clients may request to reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Transaction Failures & Gateway Disputes
In the event of an online transaction failure where funds are deducted from your account but the payment receipt is not generated:
- The transaction is usually rolled back automatically by your issuing bank within 5 to 7 working days.
- For verification, you can share the transaction ID and screenshots with us, and we will crosscheck with our gateway merchant account to assist you.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by payment network outages, bank server failures, or card decline policies.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All drafts, concepts, source codes, sketches, and files created during the project remain the intellectual property of Creative Corner Hub until the client settles all pending invoices and milestones. Upon receipt of full payment, copyright ownership of final approved design files is fully transferred to the client.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any transactional disputes related to online payments, billing, or services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
